On Wednesday, Israeli soldiers carried out a large-scale arrest campaign which affected at least twenty-nine Palestinians, including former prisoners, from several regions of the occupied West Bank.

Qalqilia

In the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, Israeli forces abducted the three young men, Youssef Hammad, Firas Elba, and Nidal Hussein, from the city of Qalqilia.

Jenin

In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces stormed a restaurant in Ya’bad town, west of Jenin, and abducted its owner, Zaid Ahmed Bajawi, in addition to Abdullah Bassem Abu Bakr, Muhammad Bassam, and Ali Abdul Rahman Bajawi, all of whom are former prisoners.

Inside of Israel (the 1948 occupied territories), Israeli police abducted Abdul Karim Jaradat, a citizen of Silat al-Harithiya village, northwest of Jenin.

Nablus

In the northern West Bank city of Nablus, Israeli soldiers abducted Ahmed Nasser Daoud, Muhammad Ismail Khuwayra, Shadi Abu Sari, Uday Estiti, Muhammad Kousa, and Uday Dweikat.

Meanwhile in Qusra town, southeast of the city, the army abducted the young man, Muhammad Nizam.

Soldiers stationed at the “Shafi Shomron” military roadblock, northwest of Nablus, abducted Mahmoud Amjad Al-Jallad, a citizen of Tulkarem, while he attempted to pass through.

Salfit

In the central West Bank, Israeli forces abducted Hamza Raddad while he was on his land near the town of Az-Zawiya, west of Salfit.

Ramallah

In the central occupied West Bank, Israeli forces abducted Saji Nasr Nofal from the town of Ras Karkar, northwest of Ramallah, and Wajih Hamdan from the town of Dura al-Qari’, north of the city.

Occupied Jerusalem

In occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli army abducted two former prisoners and brothers, Musab and Muhammad Rabie, from Beit ‘Anan village, northwest of the city, and Haitham Badr from the nearby town of Beit Duqqu.

Bethlehem

In the southern part of the West Bank, Israeli forces abducted Ahmed Hassan, 27, in the city of Bethlehem, and Muhammad Yassin Sabah, 18, from Tuqu’ town, south of the city.

Hebron

A Palestinian father and son, identified as Muhammad Ali Salem Zaidat and his son, Tariq were abducted by Israeli soldiers in the town of Bani Na’im, east of Hebron in the southern West Bank.

In the town of Sa’ir, northeast of the city, the army abducted Musa Khalil Al-Faroukh and Ahmed Musa Al-Faroukh, in addition to abducting Nassim Tayseer Al-Titi from the Al-Arroub refugee camp to the northeast.

In related news, Israeli soldiers abducted three young men in the Tulkarem governorate, in the northwestern part of the West Bank, and another near Tubas in the northeastern part.

According to the Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, “the total number of arrests after October 7 rose to more than (6,900), and this total includes those who were arrested from homes, through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held hostage.”
