On Wednesday evening and night, Israeli soldiers continued bombing and shelling various parts of the destroyed, besieged, and starved Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.

In central Gaza, at least fourteen Palestinians were killed and many injured when the army fired missiles at areas in the region.

Media sources reported that the army fired a missile near Abdullah Azzam Mosque in the Nuseirat refugee camp, killing six Palestinians and injuring several others.

They added that the army also fired a missile at a charity distributing food near Al-Qassam Mosque in the center of the Nuseirat refugee camp, killing five Palestinians and causing several injuries.

Additionally, two Palestinians were killed, and several others injured when the army bombarded tents of displaced families in the Zawaida area, in central Gaza.

In Gaza City, at least one Palestinian was killed, and two others injured by an Israeli missile near the Shuhada Junction in the center of the city.

In related news, the Palestinian Civil Defense stated that its medics transferred a slain Palestinian and ten injured individuals, including one in serious condition, to a hospital after the army bombarded a tent housing a displaced family south of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.

Several Palestinians were also injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted a home in the center of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis.

Earlier Wednesday, Israeli forces have killed and injured dozens of Palestinians in Gaza, including a mother and her six-month-old baby in northern Jabalia.

It is worth mentioning that, since Israel resumed the bombing of Gaza on March 18, the army has killed more than 800 Palestinians, and injured at least 1660, mostly children and women across the destroyed coastal enclave.

Gaza’s Health Ministry says at least 50,144 Palestinians are confirmed dead and 113,704 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza that began October 7, 2023. Gaza’s Government Media Office updated its death toll to more than 61,700, saying thousands of Palestinians missing under the rubble are presumed dead since October 7, 2023.

The number of slain Palestinians in the West Bank since the beginning of this year is now 112; 49 in Jenin, 19 in Tubas, 14 in Tulkarem, 14 in Nablus, 5 in Hebron, 3 in Bethlehem, 3 in Qalqilia, 1 in Salfit, 1 in Ramallah, and 3 in Jerusalem.
