Israeli occupation forces carried out widespread invasions across the occupied West Bank on Thursday, breaking into homes, abducting residents, assaulting civilians, and bulldozing Palestinian-owned land in several governorates.

The violations were concentrated in Hebron in the southern West Bank, Ramallah in the central West Bank, Nablus in the northern West Bank, Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank, Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank, Jenin in the northern West Bank, Tubas in the northeastern West Bank, and occupied Jerusalem.

In the Bethlehem area, Israeli forces invaded the Harmala area east of the city, deployed in several neighborhoods, broke into several homes, and abducted six residents: Ibrahim Wajih Atallah, Mahmoud Salem Atallah, Hamza Awadallah, Mohammad Sa’id Atallah, Ahmad Saeed Atallah, and Sa’id Atallah.

Hebron Governorate: Abductions, Land Bulldozing, and a New Colonialist Road

In Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers—some wearing Israeli military uniforms—assaulted several residents, detained them, and handed brothers Ibrahim and Abd Mahmoud Al-Adra to Israeli forces, who then abducted them.

In Wadi Al-Jawaya, soldiers broke into homes and residential tents, ransacked them, and abducted Mohammad Khalil Al-Shawahin.

In ath-Thaheriyya town, south of Hebron, Israeli forces began carving a new segregated colonialist road across Palestinian-owned land. Soldiers invaded the Al-Deir area, seized the home of Naseem Abu Sharkh, and converted it into a military post, blocked access to the area, and began bulldozing land only meters from Palestinian homes.

The road extends more than six kilometers from Zannouta east of the town toward the Sarwat and Deir Ma’ala areas, which have recently seen repeated invasions by colonizer groups performing religious rituals.

Residents say the project aims to facilitate colonizer access and enable further land seizure.

Elsewhere in the governorate, Israeli forces invaded Khallet Al-Fara west of Yatta, broke into homes, vandalized their contents, and seized three civilian vehicles.

In Al-Ramadin, soldiers closed the town’s entrance, imposed a military roadblock, bulldozed large areas of land, and destroyed the foundations of numerous commercial structures along the main road between Ath-Thaheriya and Ar-Ramadin.

More than 60 shops and structures have been demolished in the area since December of last year.

Israeli forces also prevented farmers from the Nawaj’a family from reaching or cultivating their fields in Wadi Jheish in Masafer Yatta, declaring the area a closed military zone.
