Israeli forces carried out widespread invasions, home break‑ins, abductions, and demolitions across the occupied West Bank early Monday, targeting communities in occupied Jerusalem, Ramallah in the central West Bank, Nablus in the northern West Bank, Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, and Hebron in the southern parts of the West Bank.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces invaded the Shu’fat refugee camp and the nearby town of Anata, northeast of the city, where eight Palestinians were abducted.
A large military force stormed the refugee camp and surrounding neighborhoods, breaking into several homes and detaining four residents.
Troops also invaded the Salam neighborhood in Anata, conducting additional home invasions and violent searches.
In a related incident, Israeli forces invaded the town of Qatanna, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, breaking into multiple homes, including the residence of Khaled Hammad.
Family members reported extensive destruction of property and said those inside were subjected to hours‑long field interrogation under intimidation and threats.
In Nablus in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted five Palestinians during an invasion of the Old City.
Troops broke into the home of Maher Al‑Khazzaz in the Yasmina quarter before detaining him at his son’s residence near Mount Al‑Tur.
Forces also invaded several homes in the Old Askar refugee camp, abducting Saleh Al‑Salhi, Salah Al‑Salhi, and Mohammad Mustafa Abu Aisha.
Another resident, Yasser Al‑Asmar, was abducted from Balata refugee camp after soldiers broke into his home.
In Ramallah in the central West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Shuqba west of the city, where military bulldozers were positioned at the entrance in preparation for demolition operations.
Earlier in the morning, troops intensified military restrictions north of Ramallah, closing the Atara military roadblock northwest of the city and forcing residents to use alternative routes.
Soldiers also set up a military roadblock at the entrance to Ein Siniya, causing severe traffic congestion for those traveling toward northern West Bank districts.
Israeli forces also invaded Al‑Bireh and Jalazone refugee camp north of Ramallah, abducting three Palestinians, including a child.
The soldiers broke into the home of Hamza Abed in Al‑Bireh, damaging its contents before abducting him.
In Jalazone refugee camp, soldiers abducted Mohammad Atta Sharaka and a child, Adham Nidal Nakhla, after breaking into their homes and ransacking them.
Furthermore, the soldiers installed a military roadblock between the villages of Yabrud and Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, before stopping and searching dozens of cars.
Meanwhile, residents of Sinjil confronted an attempted attack by illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers targeting several homes south of the town after midnight.
In addition, Israeli forces demolished a home in the town of Shuqba, west of Ramallah, on Monday morning.
Local sources said that many Israeli military vehicles, accompanied by bulldozers, invaded the southern area of the town and began tearing down the single‑story house of Hussam Qaddah, which measures roughly 120 square meters and shelters six family members.
The demolition was carried out under the pretext of building without a permit, a justification routinely used by the occupation to target Palestinian homes and structures across the West Bank.
According to a report by The Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission, Israeli authorities carried out 538 demolitions over the past year, destroying 1,400 structures.
These included 304 inhabited homes, 74 uninhabited homes, 270 sources of livelihood, and 490 agricultural structures.
The report noted that the demolitions were concentrated in the governorates of Hebron, Jerusalem, Ramallah, Tubas, and Nablus.
In Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted two residents: Bilal Ibrahim Al‑Wahadna, 41, from the village of Artas, and Karam Shadi Al‑Za’arir from the Al‑Salam neighborhood adjacent to the Dheisheh refugee camp, after troops broke into their homes and damaged their belongings. The soldiers also stormed and ransacked several homes belonging to the Qarqa’a family in Artas.
In Hebron, in the southern West Bank, Israeli soldiers invaded several neighborhoods in the city, abducting two Palestinians and handing over the body of Shaker Falah Ahmad al‑Ja’bari, 58, who was shot Saturday night and died from his wounds on Sunday. Israeli soldiers shot him inside his vehicle in Khillet Hadoor, east of the city.
Media sources said Israeli forces carried out invasions across multiple areas of Hebron, abducting Mo’tasim Abdul‑Jawad al‑Junaidi and Omar Jawad Muhammad al‑Haimouni after storming their homes, conducting searches, and ransacking their belongings.
The sources added that the occupation authorities also returned the body of Shaker al‑Ja’bari to his family after withholding it since Saturday.
Al‑Ja’bari succumbed to live‑fire injuries sustained when Israeli soldiers opened fire at his vehicle in Khillet Hadoor. He was detained while critically wounded and denied medical access before being pronounced dead.
His body was transferred to Al‑Ahli Hospital in Hebron, and his funeral is scheduled to take place today following the noon prayer.
In Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, Israeli bulldozers demolished a water well and a poultry structure in the ath‑Thaher area.
Heavy machinery also destroyed a private access road leading to a home to allow military vehicles to reach the demolition site.
In addition, several military vehicles invaded Halhul town, north of Hebron, before the soldiers broke into and ransacked many shops.
The series of invasions, home break‑ins, abductions, and demolitions reflects the continued escalation of Israeli military operations across the occupied West Bank, where residents report daily incursions, property destruction, abductions, and movement restrictions enforced through military roadblocks and closures.
