Israeli settlers invade Yousuf tomb in the West Bank city of Nablus

A number of Israeli settlers invaded Yousuf tomb in the east part of the northern West Bank city of Nablus on Thursday at dawn.

Four Israeli settlers invaded Nablus in the direction of yousef tomb, accoring to local sources.  An Israeli military force was also reported to have entered the area to guard the settlers while they attended their religious rituals there.  The same sources reported that the settlers and the Israeli military force withdrew from the area after approximately two hours.  No kidnappings were reported. Yousef tomb is considered to be a holy shrine according to a biblical story.  The Shrine is currently under the control of the Palestinian Authority.
