Al-Quds brigades, the military wing of Fateh, claimed responsibility for firing homemade shells at Niztarim settlement, in the central Gaza Strip.
The brigades said in a released s statement on Tuesday afternoon, that it fired two ‘Quds 1†shells on Tuesday at dawn, followed by three other shells one hour after firing the first two shells.
The brigades said that the firing of the shells comes in retaliation to arresting members of the Islamic Jihad in Jenin, Tulkarem and Hebron, and the continuous military violations.
