Israeli soldiers on Wednesday invaded the town of al-Thahiriyya, near the West Bank city of Hebron, and broke into dozens of homes and stores.
A local source in the village reported that soldiers, supported by armored vehicles, broke into the homes and stores in the Al-Ghamari valley area, south of Hebron, and conducted military searches after forcing the residents out.
Resident Mousa Mansiyya, a storeowner in the area, said that soldiers broke the doors of his store and several surrounding stores and searched them, causing considerable damage.
The stores belong to Mohammad Mansiyya, Ahmad al-Zibdiyya, Ismail Tfeiha, Tha’er abu Atwan, Saleh Ayyash, Salem abu sharkh, and Mohammad Abid-Rabbu abu Sharkh.
Dozens of residents were detained and interrogated for several hours, but no arrests were reported..
