Israeli army imposed a strict closure, on Tuesday morning, in the West Bank city of Jericho, and barred the residents from entering or leaving it, a Palestinian security source reported

Troops closed the three checkpoints surrounding Jericho, detained people there under the heat of the sun and refuse allow them enter or leave the city, eyewitness reported.
The army started tightening its military presence around the West Bank cities during the pullout from the Gaza strip and forced a total closer on some cities.
