Israeli army troops killed a Palestinian resident, near the West Bank city of Hebron, late on Tuesday night.
Army claims that infantry troops wanted to arrest Mustafa Khalil 38, from Doura village, south west of Hebron, on suspicions of being a weapon dealer.
According to Israeli military sources, troops searched for Khalil at his house first before they went to search his store.
When they saw him, they opened fire at the man and killed him claiming that he was armed with a Kalashnikov rifle, and was wearing a bullet-proof vest and a helmet.
