Two Palestinian residents, including a child, and one Korean peace activist, were injured; three other residents were arrested after the Israeli soldiers attacked a peaceful procession against the Separation Wall in Bil’in village, near Ramallah.
Abdullah Abu Rahma, coordinator of the Popular Committee Against the Wall reported that one child, identified as Ahmad Zohdi Ash’al, 14, suffered moderate wounds after being hit by a rubber-coated bullet fired by the army.
Also, one Korean peace activist suffered concussions and bruises after being attacked and clubbed by the soldiers attacked.
Also, soldiers detained three Israeli peace activists for more than hour, and repeatedly attacked them.
The residents, and peace activists, conducted their peaceful protest under the rain, and emphasized that the newly elected legislators should support them in their non-violent protests against the Wall and settlements.
They also emphasized on the support of local and international organizations.

Abdullah Abu Rahma, coordinator of the popular Committee Against the Wall in Bil’in village near the West Bank city of Ramallah, reported that dozens of Palestinian residents, Israeli and international peace activists have started their weekly protest against the Separation Wall in the village.
Abu Rahma stated that as the protestors were heading towards a construction site, Israeli soldiers fired gas bombs and rubber coated bullets in an attempt to bar them from reaching the area.
Also, soldiers attacked the protestors and arrested three Israeli peace activists.
The army was intensively deployed in the area since early morning hours.
The protest is ongoing at the time of this report.
