On Tuesday afternoon, in an invasion of Araba village south of Jenin, in the West Bank, Israeli forces killed two Palestinians during a siege on a home in the village.  The Israeli military reports that one Israeli soldier was injured in the attack.

Initial reports indicate that Israeli forces invaded the village after using undercover military units to initiate the assault.  Villagers report that two helicopters circled the area while Israeli military forces launched an all-out assault on the home.

Residents say that Sariya Al Quds leader in the West Bank, Nidal Abu Sada, was involved in the clash, but it remains unknown if he is among those killed. Sariya Al Quds is from the armed resistance wing of Islamic Jihad.

Israelis report that one person remaining in the home continues to return fire.
