On Tuesday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted twelve Palestinians, including former political prisoners, from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank.

In Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, the soldiers abducted a former political prisoner, Ahmad Abu Ras, from the at-Tabaqa village, in Doura south of the city.

In Surif town, northwest of Hebron, the soldiers searched several homes and abducted Rami Ibrahim al-Haboush, 40.

The soldiers also installed roadblocks on Hebron’s northern roads and the main entrances of the ath-Thaheriyya, Sa’ir, and Halhoul towns, stopped and searched dozens of cars, and interrogated scores of Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

In Bethlehem, south of occupied Jerusalem in the West Bank, the soldiers invaded Tuqu town, east of the city, searched homes, and abducted Ibrahim Walid Sabah, 15.

The soldiers also abducted the wife of a political prisoner, Zayed Khleif, from the al-Khleifat area in Bethlehem.

In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, the soldiers abducted a young man, Majd al-Khawaja, from his home in the al-Maktaba Street in the city’s center.

The soldiers also invaded Qarawat Bani Zeid village, northwest of Ramallah, and searched homes.

Furthermore, protests occurred after several army jeeps invaded the al-Jalazonerefugee camp north of Ramallah.

In Tulkarem, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted two siblings, Khaled and Muthanna Abdul-Latif Bodeir, from their home in Far’un village, south of the city.

In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers invaded the Khallet al-Amoud area in Nablus city, leading to protests before the soldiers fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.

Medical sources said two Palestinians were injured by shrapnel of Israeli live rounds and were moved to a hospital for treatment.

The soldiers also invaded and searched several homes and abducted a young man, Eyad Ahmad Okka, from Khallet al-Amoud, and Hamdi Esteitiyya from the Nablus al-Jadeeda area.

In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted two former political prisoners, Maisara Mahajna and Ahmad Refa’ey, from their homes in Rommana village, west of the city.

In Jericho, in the northeastern West Bank, the soldiers invaded the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp southwest of the city, searched homes, and abducted a young man, Sa’ed Hosni.

Many army jeeps also invaded Anata town northeast of occupied Jerusalem, leading to protests.
