On Thursday, several Israeli soldiers detained and cuffed a young Palestinian man and repeatedly assaulted him, causing him to faint, the Wadi Hilweh Information Center In Silwan (Silwanic) reported.
Silwanic said the Palestinian was stopped and detained by the soldiers in Al-Wad Street in the Old City.
A Video published by Silwanic shows the soldiers dragging and repeatedly assaulting the handcuffed young man before forcing him onto his feet and dragging him away.
