Ibraheem Abd Al Razek, was arrested when Israeli troops stormed the village of Dir Istiya, west of the West Bank city of Salfit, on Saturday.
Troops searched resident’s houses before arresting Al Razek and taking him to an unknown location, local sources reported.
Al razek is a student at Al Najah National University in Nablus, he was arrested several times earlier.
