On Thursday, Israeli soldiers abducted three Palestinians, including one woman, in Bethlehem and Jerusalem, in the occupied West Bank.
In Bethlehem, the soldiers invaded Husan village, west of the city, searched homes, and abducted Mohammad Jamal Hamamra, 20, and Ra’ad Minwer Sabateen, 17.
In occupied Jerusalem, the soldiers abducted an elderly Palestinian woman, Nafisa Khweiss, while walking in Omar Bin Al-Khattab Square in the Old City.
Her abduction came just one day after the Israeli police issued an order barring her from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for six months.
Last Sunday, the soldiers assaulted Nafisa along with another woman, ‘Aida Saidawi, and one man, Abu Bakr Shaimi, at the Chain gate near the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
It is worth mentioning that Nafisa was frequently detained and interrogated by the soldiers and the police and was frequently barred from entering Al-Aqsa for protesting the constant invasions and provocative tours by the soldiers, police, and illegal colonizers into the holy site.
