Abu Obaida told reporters in a press conference held in Gaza said that such allegations are mere lies that aim to reveal plans of the resistance to the Israelis.Fatah accused the Qassam Brigade of digging tunnels inside Gaza Strip to use to assassinate some Fatah leaders and figures.
Fahmi Za’areer, Fatah’ spokesperson in the West Bank dismissed Abu Obaida statements saying that these tunnels are inside the Gaza Strip and not on the borders with Israel which makes them irrelevant to the resistance tactics.
Al-Za’areer said that Fatah found tunnels dug under some Security Forces installations in Gaza, saying that this is evidence that these tunnels are designed to be used against Fatah and security forces members.
