On Sunday, Day 261 of the ongoing Israeli genocide of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells killed and injured dozens of Palestinians, including women and children, in several parts of the coastal region.
The Israeli army fired barrages of missiles and shells at the Zeitoun and the Daraj neighborhoods, along with several other areas in Gaza City, in addition to central Gaza and many parts of Khan Younis and Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources said the army fired missiles at the Al-Bandar Clinic in the Daraj neighborhood, in Gaza City, killing two medical workers and wounding many Palestinians, some seriously.ย The army also bombarded the Al-Mawasi area in Gaza, causing many injuries, some seriously.

Eight Palestinians were killed, and many were injured when the army fired a missile at a vocational training center run by the UNRWA, where families sheltered, west of Gaza City.
Also in Gaza, nine Palestinians were killed, and many were injured, when the army fired a missile at a home in the Sabra neighborhood, in the southern part of the city.
Furthermore, Palestinian medics and Civil Defense teams located the corpses of three slain Palestinians, and rescued several injured residents, in the rubble of a home for the Jaโrour family in the center of Gaza City, after the army fired a missile at it.

In the Al-Boreij refugee camp, in central Gaza, a woman was killed, and many Palestinians were injured when the army fired a missile at a home.
Two Palestinians were killed, and several others were injured when the army fired missiles at several residents in an area north of the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza.

Also in Nusseirat, an Israeli military drone fired a missile at Palestinians, killing at least two and wounded several residents, in the northern area of the refugee camp.
In Rafah, in Gazaโs southmost part, the army detonated dozens of homes in the Saudi neighborhood, in the western part of the city, and in several areas in the center of the city.
Six Palestinian children, all cancer patients, were moved from the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, after the World Health Organization intervened and managed to coordinate their transfer with the Israeli army and the Palestinian Health Ministry,
The children were moved to Nasser Hospital because all medical centers in Gaza and the northern areas are unable to provide medical treatment, especially specialized care, due to the Israeli bombings and the siege.
The transfer is the first since March, as back then, the army targeted a convoy of Palestinian Red Crescent ambulances transferring patients from the Baptist hospital to hospitals in southern Gaza, killing one medic and wounding many Palestinians.
Also, an aid truck, filled with medical supplies, was allowed to reach the Baptist hospital after coordination between the PRCS and the World Health Organization after the latter obtained a permit from the Israeli army.
In addition, Journalist Moโtasem Dalloul said on X that more than 40 Palestinians, mostly children, in a refugee shelter in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, were poisoned by contaminated food they received from aid coming from abroad.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said that, since October 7, 2023, the Israeli army conducted more than 340 attacks against medical centers, and deprived them of essential, life-saving aid, including medical supplies and fuel for the power generators, in addition to bombing and destroying streets leading to hospitals.

Israeli has now killed at least 500 medical workers and injured hundreds, in addition to abducting more than 310, while only nine out of 36 hospitals in the Gaza Strip, are partially functioning, and the army has, so far, destroyed 130 ambulances.

The Health Ministry stated that the health sector in the Gaza Strip has collapsed due to ongoing Israeli attacks and siege, and added that the hospitals can barely provide essential services for no more than %15 of patients and wounded Palestinians, and cannot provide any services to patients with chronic condition or those who have infections due to overcrowding, the lack of sanitation and basic supplies in UNRWA centers that are used to house displaced families.
Israel has now killed at least 37,598 Palestinians, and injured more than 86,032, mostly children, women, and elderly, in addition to the thousands who remain under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings, in destroyed alleys and streets, in several parts of the coastal enclave, since October 7, 2023.
