On Monday afternoon, Israeli forces shot three Palestinians, including a child who sustained serious injuries in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank.

Abdul Halim Ja’afreh, the Director of Ambulance and Emergency at the Red Crescent, told the WAFA News Agency that their ambulance crews transported three citizens to the hospital after they sustained live gunshot wounds.

Ja’afreh added that a child was seriously injured after soldiers shot him in the chest with live ammunition, and that a young man sustained a live round in the leg.

Media sources said that Israeli forces invaded Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem, where local Palestinians protested the incursion.

Sources added that the soldiers, opened fire with live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at citizens, resulting in three injuries.

In related news, the army shot 2 Palestinian children, injuring one of them seriously, shooting him in the head with live ammunition, in the Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron in the southern West Bank.
