On Tuesday, Israeli forces assassinated two Palestinian men in the village of Ash-Shuhada, southwest of Jenin in the northern West Bank, and carried out a prolonged attack against the town of Qabatiya, south of the city.

The director of the Al-Razi Hospital, Dr. Fawaz Kamil, told the WAFA News Agency that the body of an unidentified 40-year-old man arrived at the hospital.

Dr, Kamil added that the man suffered severe shrapnel wounds after an armed Israeli drone fired missile at a site in the village of Ash-Shuhada, southwest of Jenin.


The director of Jenin Governmental Hospital, Wissam Bakr, told WAFA that the body of an unidentified Palestinian man arrived at the hospital.

Media sources said that an armed drone fired at least one missile at a site in the village of Ash-Shuhada, southwest of Jenin, killing two unidentified men.

Meanwhile, the army carried out a large-scale military operation in the nearby town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, invading several citizens’ homes and sparking protests.


Media sources said that before dawn on Tuesday, occupation forces stormed and isolated the town of Qabatiya, broke into several citizens homes, while sharpshooters were positioned on rooftops and reconnaissance drones flew overhead.

Sources added that armed Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged fire with the attacking army, while military bulldozers destroyed infrastructure.

Since the beginning of the Israeli military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed 771 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 167 children, and injured 6,300.

The distribution of those killed in the West Bank is as follows; 203 in Jenin, 178 in Tulkarem, 81 in Nablus, 76 in Hebron, 59 in Ramallah, 60 in Tubas, 48 in Jerusalem, 30 in Qalqilia, 20 in Bethlehem, 12 in Jericho, 12 inside Israel, and 4 in Salfit.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed 43,374 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, most of whom are women and children, and injured 102,261 citizens, while the bodies of thousands of citizens remained buried under the rubble of the devastated coastal enclave.
