On Wednesday, Israeli forces shot and seriously injured a Palestinian man near the Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces opened fire at Palestinian citizens who were gathered following a traffic accident, shooting and seriously injuring a Palestinian citizen.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that its ambulance crews transported a 40-year-old man to the hospital after soldiers shot him in the chest and hand with live ammunition.


Sources added that the Al-Ahli Hospital in Hebron confirmed that a citizen was admitted to the Emergency Department suffering a gunshot wound to the chest.

In related news, Israeli forces demolished a Palestinian-owned home and an irrigation pool in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, despite him having proof of ownership.
