On Monday, Day 409 of the ongoing geocide, Israeli missiles killed and injured dozens of Palestinians, including many children and women, across the devastated and starved Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army fired a missile at a home near Al-Jala’ Street, west of Gaza City, killing at least seven Palestinians and wounding many others, mostly children and women.
In Khan Younis, southern Gaza, the army targeted a tent housing displaced families in the Al-Attar area of Mawasi Khan Younis, killing four Palestinians, including two children, and injuring several others. The bombarded tent was in a designated “safe humanitarian zone” that has frequently been bombed by Israeli forces.
Additionally, Al-Jazeera reported that the army fired a missile at a Palestinian home near Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, killing seventeen Palestinians and wounding dozens. Medical sources reported significant challenges in reaching the bombarded sites due to massive destruction and a lack of ambulances.
In related news, Egypt strongly condemned the ongoing Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip, including a recent strike on a United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) school in Al-Shati refugee camp, which resulted in numerous casualties.
The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that targeting UNRWA facilities in occupied Palestinian territories constitutes a blatant violation of international law and an affront to the international community, criticizing the global community for failing to uphold basic human values due to evident double standards.

The ministry stressed the urgent need for international accountability mechanisms and called on influential international actors to adopt a firm stance against Israeli aggression and its reprehensible actions. Egypt highlighted the importance of Israel adhering to international law and international humanitarian law, urging an end to the unjust and unwarranted war on Gaza and Lebanon.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, reported that its fighters shot three Israeli soldiers in the Al-Juwani area of Beit Lahia. Israeli Channel 14 stated that the Israeli Airforce conducted ten airstrikes on Beit Lahia, using tons of explosives, following the killing of two soldiers by a Palestinian fighter. It was reported that a Palestinian fighter emerged from a tunnel and killed the two soldiers at close range.
