On Wednesday, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian child with live ammunition near Jenin and abducted a young man and a child in the city of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank.
Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the village of Faqqu’a, northeast of Jenin, on Wednesday evening, sparking protests while soldiers fired random live rounds, shooting a child in the hand with bullet fragments.
The child was transported to a medical center in Faqqu’a for treatment; he suffered only minor injuries; while the army withdrew toward the Al-Jalamah military roadblock north of Jenin.
Meanwhile, in Nablus city, Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian child and assaulted a young man before abducting him on Wednesday evening.
Media sources said that occupation forces abducted a 13-year-old child, identified as Sidqi Firas Atiyani, in addition to abduct an unidentified young man after assaulting him in the New Nablus area of the city.
In related news, Israeli forces injured many Palestinian farmers, on Wednesday morning, and blocked them from accessing their lands to harvest their olives in the village of Salem, east of Nablus.
Media sources said that occupation forces opened fire towards farmers and their families, including women and children, prevented them from entering their land, causing several citizens to suffer inhalation injuries.
