On the 732nd day of Israel’s genocide in Gaza, occupation forces escalated their military campaign across the besieged Strip, killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians while ceasefire negotiations resumed in Egypt under U.S. sponsorship.

On the day that marked two years since the Palestinian attack against Israeli military and civilians on October 7th, 2023, at exactly 6:29 A.M. on October 7th, 2025, Israeli occupation forces across Gaza unleashed a coordinated barrage of gunfire and artillery strikes, amid their continuous ethnic cleansing campaign against Palestinians.

Ten Palestinians were killed by Israeli gunfire and shelling in various parts of the Gaza Strip since early Tuesday, including one civilian shot while waiting for humanitarian aid.

• Six bodies were transferred to Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.

• Two fatalities were received by Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis.

• One victim was taken to al-Amal Hospital, and another to al-Aqsa Hospital.

• Separately, three Palestinians were killed when a coastal landslide collapsed onto tents sheltering displaced families in the al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis.

Over the past four days, since the call for a ceasefire on Saturday, 230 airstrikes have killed 118 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. These air and artillery strikes targeted densely populated areas and shelters for displaced civilians across the Gaza Strip, committing multiple massacres that resulted in the killing of 118 civilians, including women and children, 72 of them in Gaza City alone.

The Israeli occupation forces continued their brutal aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, disregarding the ceasefire calls announced by U.S. President Donald Trump and the positive response that was given to the proposal by the Hamas leadership.

Shadi, a grieving father in Gaza: “As you can see the targets of the Israeli army are not resistance fighters or so called militants as they claim, they are children.”

Human Rights Watch stated: “Trump’s comprehensive plan to end the Gaza war is no substitute for the urgent action governments need to take to protect civilians and support justice after two years of grave abuses. The 20-part plan does not directly address human rights issues or accountability for serious crimes committed since October 7, 2023. Governments should be taking immediate measures, including arms embargoes, targeted sanctions, and support for the International Criminal Court (ICC).”

From airstrikes to on-ground detonations, the Israeli occupation continues its systematic destruction of Gaza’s high-rise buildings, erasing what remains of the city’s skyline.

Throughout the day and night on Tuesday, Israeli warplanes and artillery targeted multiple neighborhoods in Gaza City, including al-Tuffah, al-Shuja’iyya, al-Karama, and the Intelligence Towers area in the northwest.

Israeli artillery bombards the Al-Shuja’iyya and Al-Daraj neighborhoods in eastern Gaza City.

In the southern city of Khan Younis, Israeli tanks and helicopters launched heavy bombardments on central and southern districts, while ground forces detonated three explosive-laden vehicles in the Sabra neighborhood in Gaza city, killing three civilians, according to Shifa Hospital sources.

Medical sources at the Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Younis said a child was killed, and two Palestinians injured, in an Israeli bombing targeting Street 5 in the city.

Medical teams at Nasser Hospital confirmed the killing of a Palestinian civilian waiting for aid in Khan Younis, while al-Amal Hospital reported the death of a child and injuries to others in an Israeli strike on Street 5.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society’s field hospital documented three fatalities from a landslide that collapsed tents on the Qarara coast, and eight injuries from shelling on a displacement camp northwest of Khan Younis.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces blew up residential buildings in Khan Younis and shelled areas near the al-Maghazi and Nuseirat refugee camps.

In Rafah, Gaza’s southernmost city, emergency services reported seven injuries from Israeli gunfire near aid distribution centers.

UNRWA estimates that nearly two million people have been forcibly displaced, with 80% of Gaza’s infrastructure damaged or destroyed and more than 370 UN staff killed.

Marking two years since the onset of the genocide, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) issued a renewed call for an immediate ceasefire.

“Two years of war in Gaza. Two years too long,” the agency posted on X, urging an end to hostilities. UNRWA also called for the release of all Israeli captives and Palestinian detainees held in Israeli prisons and demanded that Israel lift its siege on Gaza to allow the regular flow of humanitarian aid and commercial goods under UN supervision.

Despite mounting casualties, indirect ceasefire negotiations between Hamas and Israel resumed Monday in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, under a 20-point framework proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump.

Mediators from Egypt and Qatar are working to establish mechanisms for prisoner exchanges and humanitarian access. However, Israeli officials maintain that no ceasefire is currently in place, and attacks have continued unabated.

Al-Jazeera reports that 104 Palestinians have been killed since Friday, when Trump urged Israel to halt its bombing campaign to allow talks to proceed. The Israeli government insists its operations are for “defensive purposes,” while Hamas condemned what it described as “unprecedented Arab failure” and international complicity in the face of ongoing massacres.

As the genocide enters its third year, UNRWA reiterated its warning that Gaza faces imminent starvation and collapse unless the blockade is lifted and coordinated humanitarian access is restored.

According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, 21 bodies and 96 wounded were admitted to hospitals in the past 24 hours.

Since the start of the genocide in October 2023, Israeli attacks have killed at least 67,160 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured 169,679. These totals exclude fatalities caused by famine, which have exceeded 459, as well as approximately 10,000 individuals still missing and believed to be buried under the rubble of destroyed homes.
