On Wednesday, occupation forces killed a Palestinian in the town of Al-Yamoun, town west of Jenin, in addition to shooting a young man in the town of Ar-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem.

The WAFA News Agency reported that a large army force invaded the town of Al-Yamoun, on Wednesday night, and shot a citizen, before abducting him in Al-Yamoun, west of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.

It added that a large army force invaded the town of Al-Yamoun, deployed sharpshooters on rooftops, and shot an unidentified citizen with live rounds, before abducting him.

The soldiers prevented ambulances from approaching him, while he lay bleeding on the ground, and proceeded to abduct him. No information was reported regarding his condition.

The ARAB 48 News website published a statement by the Israeli army who alleged that “during an offensive operation carried out by a patrol in the village of Yamoun, (a person) threw an explosive device at the force.”

The army added that “the force responded by opening fire and killed him,” and admitted that “no injuries occurred among its forces.”

The identity of the slain young man has not been confirmed by the Palestinian Health Ministry.

Meanwhile, north of occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli army shot and injured a Palestinian young man near the Annexation wall, in the town of Ar-Ram.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported a young man to the hospital after he was shot in the leg with live ammunition.

Media sources said that on Wednesday evening occupation forces chased Palestinian workers and opened fire at them, near the Annexation wall, shooting a young man in the leg with live rounds.
