Israeli occupation forces abducted a Palestinian man and his son late Friday night during a military invasion of the town of Kobar, northwest of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.

Local sources reported that several Israeli military vehicles stormed the town and abducted Hamdan Abu al-Hajj and his son after raiding their home.

The invasion led to protests before the soldiers fired live ammunition, stun grenades, and toxic tear gas. No injuries were reported.

In related developments, Israeli forces also invaded the villages of Aboud (northwest of Ramallah) and Shuqba (west of Ramallah), though no abductions or home invasions were reported.

Later in the evening, Israeli troops invaded the city of al-Bireh, deploying around the Palestinian Red Crescent Society hospital and the municipal building.

Soldiers fired live rounds and stun grenades, but no casualties or abductions were reported.

In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces invaded the town of Kafr Aqab, north of the city, deploying armored vehicles and firing live bullets and stun grenades.

South of Bethlehem, Israeli forces invaded the town of al-Khader, taking positions in the Sabri area, near the Grand Mosque, and in the Dar Salah neighborhood.

No home invasion or abductions were reported. A military roadblock was also erected near the Hassana slope, where vehicles were stopped and searched, disrupting civilian movement.

In a separate incident, Israeli forces invaded the town of Doha, west of Bethlehem, and stationed themselves along the main road. No abductions or home invasions were reported.

In related news, Israeli forces shot two Palestinian young men with live rounds near Ramallah in the central West Bank, and abducted two brothers in the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem.

Also on Friday, the Palestinian Health Ministry announced the death of the children, Mohammad Abdullah Tayyem (16 years old) and Mohammad Rashad Faddl Qassem (16 years old), after they were gunned down by Israeli forces in the village of Al-Juneira, north of occupied Jerusalem.
