12 Palestinian civilians were kidnapped on Thursday by Israeli troops during military invasions targeting a number of West Bank communities.Local sources reported invasions of the southern West Bank cities of Bethlehem and Hebron, in addition to Nablus and Jenin in the north as well as Ramallah, central West Bank.

The Israeli army radio announced that all those kidnapped were taken to military detention camps for questioning.

This week the Israeli military conducted at least 23 military invasions of Palestinian communities in the West Bank. During those attacks troops kidnapped and arrested 16 civilians, including 9 children.

Elsewhere on Thursday, Israeli settlers destroyed three Palestinian-owned cars at a village in northern West Bank.

Local sources announced that settlers from the illegal settlement of Shafet Jilad attacked the village of Amateen near Nablus city. The Settlers’ rampage ended by the morning, no one was injured but three cars owned by the villagers were destroyed, witnesses reported.
