Israeli occupation forces continued widespread violations of the “ceasefire” for the 108th consecutive day, carrying out ground incursions, airstrikes, artillery bombardments, and home demolitions across multiple areas of the Gaza Strip.

The past 24 hours saw a continuation of the military escalation that has persisted despite the declared ceasefire, resulting in the killing of four Palestinians and numerous injuries.

Expanded Military Operations in the Tuffah neighborhood, Gaza City

The Israeli military maintained its large‑scale offensive in the Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City, where troops have been deployed for days.

  • Resident Atta Ghabayen was killed near Al‑Mahatta Mosque, raising the death toll in the neighborhood to four in the past 48 hours, alongside dozens of injuries.
  • Resident Mohammad Khaled Abdel‑Mon’em was shot in the head and killed by Israeli occupation forces in the Zarqa area of Tuffah, a zone that has seen repeated incursions and sniper activity.

Media sources reported that Israeli units detonated several homes overnight, a pattern consistent with previous demolitions carried out during ground invasions. Continuous drone flights and bursts of live fire were heard throughout the night.

The Israeli army announced it was searching for the body of what it described as the “last Israeli soldier” in Gaza.

Israeli soldiers were documented digging up graves on the outskirts of Tuffah and inspecting bodies—an act that has been repeatedly condemned by Palestinian Civil Defense teams and human rights organizations as a violation of international humanitarian law and the dignity of the dead.

Northern Gaza: Artillery Shelling and Heavy Gunfire

Israeli artillery targeted areas east of Jabalia refugee camp, accompanied by heavy gunfire from armored vehicles.

This area has been subjected to repeated bombardment since the start of the “ceasefire” period, with residents reporting near‑daily shelling.

Central Gaza: Palestinian Killed, Airstrikes, and Helicopter Fire

Early Monday morning, Israeli warplanes carried out three airstrikes east of Deir al‑Balah, while attack helicopters opened fire east of Al‑Bureij refugee camp.

Medical sources have confirmed that a Palestinian, Majdi Nofal, was killed by Israeli army fire in the eastern area of the refugee camp.

These areas host thousands of displaced families living in makeshift shelters with minimal protection from aerial attacks.

Khan Younis, southern Gaza

Simultaneous artillery fire and bursts of live ammunition were reported east of Khan Younis, where thousands of displaced civilians remain in overcrowded tent camps.

The area has seen repeated Israeli bombardment and attacks despite being designated as a “humanitarian zone” by Israeli authorities earlier in the conflict.

In addition, a Palestinian child was injured by Israeli army fire after the soldiers fired dozens of live rounds at the western part of Khan Younis city. Medics treated the child and rushed her to Nasser Medical Center in the city.

Death from Exposure Amid Winter Conditions

Amid freezing temperatures and the collapse of civilian infrastructure, 63‑year‑old Zeinab Mohammad Awad Musbah died from severe cold after being found frozen outside her tent in the Al‑Mawasi area of Khan Younis.

Deaths from hypothermia have increased sharply this winter due to the destruction of homes, lack of heating, and shortages of blankets and winter clothing.

Updated Casualty and Hospital Figures

Hospitals in Gaza received three additional fatalities and eight injuries in the past 24 hours.

Since the “ceasefire” began on October 11, 2025:

  • Palestinians killed: 484.
  • Palestinians injured: 1,321.
  • Bodies recovered from rubble: 713.

Palestinians killed since October 07, 2023, have exceeded 71,657.

  • Total wounded: More than 171,399.

These figures do not include those still missing under destroyed buildings, as rescue teams continue to face severe shortages of fuel, equipment, and safe access.
