A Palestinian child was killed on Thursday evening after Israeli forces opened fire in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, while three other Palestinians, including two brothers, were killed in separate Israeli attacks across the northern and central Gaza Strip.
Medical sources confirmed that Saleh Badawi, 9, was fatally shot when Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition toward the area east of Gaza City. He was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Al‑Shifa Hospital in western Gaza.
In northern Gaza, two brothers, Eid and Mahmoud Farid Abu Warda, were killed when an Israeli drone fired a missile near the Abu Tammam School in the town of Beit Lahia.

The strike occurred in an area where displaced families have been sheltering for months amid ongoing bombardment and the collapse of civilian infrastructure.
Separately, a Palestinian man died from wounds sustained earlier in the day when Israeli forces targeted a vehicle on the Nafaq Street in Gaza City. Medical teams said he had been in critical condition before succumbing to his injuries.
In the central Gaza Strip, four Palestinians, including a woman, were injured when Israeli armored vehicles stationed east of the Al‑Maghazi refugee camp opened fire toward Salahuddin Street, one of the few remaining roads used by civilians attempting to move between districts.
Meanwhile, residents in Khan Younis reported the recovery of the remains of Ismael Al‑Haddad, whose body was found west of the city nearly two years after he went missing during earlier phases of the Israeli onslaught on Gaza.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, since the declared “ceasefire” on October 11, 2025, Israeli forces have killed 766 Palestinians and injured 2,147, while 760 bodies have been recovered from destroyed areas.
The cumulative toll since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza on October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,345 Palestinians killed and 172,250 injured, amid what humanitarian agencies describe as the near‑total collapse of Gaza’s health system and continued restrictions on rescue operations.
