Israeli occupation forces invaded several areas across the occupied West Bank on Saturday, breaking into homes, injuring, and abducting Palestinians in multiple districts, while illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers carried out additional attacks on Palestinian communities.
In Al‑Mughayyir village, northeast of Ramallah in the central West Bank, several Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation after Israeli forces invaded the community and fired sound bombs and toxic gas toward residential homes.
Marzouq Abu Na’im, the deputy head of the village council, said the soldiers broke into the home of Ziad Kamal Al‑Na’san and abducted him before withdrawing.
In Qalqilia, in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted Shaher At‑Tawil at a military roadblock near the entrance of the village of Far’ata.
At‑Tawil is the father of Palestinian detainee and activist Amina Al‑Tawil, who has been held by Israeli forces for 40 days.
Israeli forces also invaded the town of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, where they deployed in the Al‑Amour area and fired sound bombs.
Taysir Abu Mufreh, head of the Tuqu’ municipal council, said the soldiers broke into and searched several homes, including the home of Mohammad Suleiman Al‑Amour.
In Hebron, in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces and illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers obstructed the movement of Palestinian residents in the Wadi Al‑Hussein area and assaulted several civilians.
The area has long been a flashpoint due to repeated colonizer attacks carried out under military protection.
In Jalud village, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, Israeli colonizers attacked several Palestinian homes, causing damage and threatening residents.
Local sources said the colonizers attempted to approach additional homes before villagers intervened, prompting the attackers to retreat toward nearby colonial outposts.
In Aqraba, south of Nablus, a group of colonizers invaded Khirbet at-Tawil village, east of the towns, before attacking residents and property.
These incidents come amid a broader escalation across the occupied West Bank, where Israeli forces continue to invade towns and refugee camps, break into homes, install military roadblocks, and carry out abductions on a near‑daily basis.
Palestinian communities report increasing attacks by colonizers, particularly in rural areas surrounding Nablus, Ramallah, and Hebron, where residents face ongoing threats to their safety and property.
