Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of invasions across the occupied West Bank on Monday, breaking into homes, installing military roadblocks, and abducting many Palestinians in Bethlehem, occupied Jerusalem, Hebron in the southern West Bank, and Jenin in the northern West Bank.

The soldiers invaded the village of Kisan, east of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, and deployed in several of its neighborhoods.

Media sources reported that the soldiers broke into and searched multiple homes, including the home of the village council head, Mohammad Haroun.

In a separate incident, Israeli forces installed a military roadblock west of Bethlehem, positioning it in the Al‑Shouli area on the main road connecting the towns of Battir and Nahalin and the villages of Husan and Wadi Fukin.

Soldiers stopped vehicles, searched them, and inspected the identity cards of Palestinian residents, causing significant traffic congestion.

In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces abducted a young Palestinian man near the “Ramat Shlomo” colony in the city’s eastern area.

Witnesses said soldiers forced him to the ground and were seen pressing their knees against his chest and neck before taking him into custody.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army continued to close the entrances of Hizma, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, for a second consecutive day, severely restricting Palestinian movement.

In Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted five Palestinians and subjected others to field interrogation after invading and breaking into homes.

The abducted men were identified as Adel Fayez Halaiqa from the town of Al‑Shuyukh, Murad Salama Jaradat and Ihab Al‑Froukh from the town of Sa’ir, and Ibrahim Al‑Turk along with his son Yousef from Beit Ummar.

The soldiers stormed and ransacked many Palestinian homes in Al‑Shuyukh and Sa’ir, northeast of Hebron, and in the village of Deir Razeh east of Doura to the south, searching the properties, damaging belongings, and interrogating residents.

The same sources added that Israeli forces installed multiple military roadblocks at the entrances of Hebron city, its towns, villages, and refugee camps, and closed several main and secondary roads with iron gates, concrete blocks, and earth mounds.

The head of the Birin Village Council, Farid Burqan, said Israeli forces invaded the village with heavy military vehicles and remained stationed at its entrance for hours.

In Jenin in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Al‑Yamun west of the city at dawn and launched a wide arrest campaign.

The soldiers deployed infantry units throughout the town’s streets and fired stun grenades during the invasion, before abducting a young man, Mahdi Al‑Zayed, after breaking into his home in Al‑Yamun.
