Israeli forces carried out widespread invasions across the occupied West Bank on Saturday, breaking into homes, abducting residents, and deploying military vehicles in multiple districts from Nablus in the northern West Bank to Hebron in the south.
In the Nablus area in the northern West Bank, troops invaded the villages of ‘Urif, Einabus, and Burqa, breaking into several homes and abducting Yusuf Ali Shehadeh from ‘Urif, Mohammad Anwar Jamil Aranda and Jawad Rashdan from Einabus, and Abdul‑Karim al‑Dosouqi from Burqa.
Soldiers also invaded Asira al‑Shamaliya, north of Nablus, breaking into dozens of homes and holding residents inside one house converted into a field interrogation site. In addition, protests erupted in ‘Awarta, southeast of Nablus, during another invasion.
In Jenin in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces broke into homes in Deir Ghazala and invaded the village of Faqou’a, east of the city.
In Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, troops abducted 16‑year‑old ‘Obeida Wael Mustafa al‑Hroub during an invasion of Wadi Fukin, west of Bethlehem, and abducted Mohammad Salama Rashaida at the Container military roadblock northeast of the district.
Soldiers also invaded al‑Khader to the south, and the areas of Abu Njeim, Rafida, Rakhma, Za’tara, and al‑Shawawra to the east. In Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem, troops fired tear‑gas canisters toward homes after invading the town.
In the South Hebron Hills in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted 11 Palestinian laborers in Khirbet Khashem ad‑Daraj after chasing and assaulting them.Local anti‑colonization activist Osama Makhmara said the workers were beaten before being taken away.
Residents of Khashem ad‑Daraj, numbering around 1,200, continue to face severe conditions due to repeated attacks by Israeli soldiers and illegal paramilitary colonizers.
Troops also invaded Ethna, west of Hebron, and fired tear‑gas and stun grenades during an invasion of al‑Majd, west of Dura.
In Tubas in the northeastern West Bank, soldiers abducted 16‑year‑old Musallam Mohammad Ali Bisharat after breaking into his family’s home in Tammun, southeast of Tubas.
In Jericho in the eastern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the city, fired stun grenades, and closed several roads.
In the central West Bank, troops invaded Ramallah and al‑Bireh, deploying military vehicles throughout several neighborhoods. Later, soldiers abducted a young man during an invasion of Deir Jarir, northeast of Ramallah.
In Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the city from its eastern entrance, deployed military vehicles in the Kafr Saba neighborhood, and closed several roads. Troops also fired live rounds during an invasion of ‘Azzun, east of Qalqilia.
