Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of invasions across the occupied West Bank on Sunday, deploying military vehicles, breaking into homes, obstructing movement at military roadblocks, and abducting several Palestinians in operations spanning Tulkarem, Qalqilia, Nablus, Jenin, Hebron, Ramallah, and occupied Jerusalem.
In the northwestern West Bank, military vehicles invaded the towns of Attil, Zeita, and Baqa ash‑Sharqiya in Tulkarem, where soldiers patrolled the main streets and disrupted the movement of residents and vehicles while conducting extensive searches.
In Qalqilia, also in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the city from its eastern entrance and deployed in the Naqqar neighborhood.
Local sources reported additional military activity around the army base near the city’s main entrance, where soldiers carried out land‑leveling operations that damaged surrounding agricultural land.
In the northern West Bank, the army invaded several villages in the Nablus district, including Awarta, Beita, and Einabus to the south, and Beit Furik and Salem to the east.
Soldiers broke into numerous homes, ransacked them, and interrogated residents in the streets.
Military vehicles also invaded Nablus City from the Deir Sharaf military roadblock to the west and moved toward the vicinity of the Old City.
In a separate incident, troops invaded the village of Al‑Lubban ash‑Sharqiya south of Nablus and fired tear‑gas canisters.
In the northern West Bank district of Jenin, Israeli forces seized a home in the town of Arraba, south of the city, and converted it into a military post. The mayor of Arraba, Ahmad Al‑Arda, said soldiers forced the homeowner, Hazem Shafi’ Hamad, to leave and informed the family they could return later in the evening.
The army also closed the area around the Arraba station and the road leading toward Ya’bad to the west, disrupting movement on one of the main routes connecting Arraba to nearby towns.
Residents expressed concern that the closures were linked to planned land seizures, tree uprooting, and large‑scale bulldozing.
In related developments, the Israeli army issued demolition orders targeting numerous workshops in an industrial area east of Jenin.
Soldiers invaded the area and delivered the orders after a group of illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers stormed the site, harassing Palestinian workers and threatening to harm them if they did not evacuate.
The industrial zone lies near the Barta’a military roadblock and the bypass road used by colonizers traveling to and from their colonies. The workshops provide livelihoods to dozens of Palestinian families.
In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces opened live fire at a shepherd in the town of Ethna west of Hebron, killing three sheep and injuring others. The shepherd, Mahmoud Abdul‑Rahman Tmeiza, was grazing his flock near the Annexation Wall in the Wadi al‑Bayda area when soldiers fired toward him.
In a separate incident, troops invaded the home of Shaddad Hamamda in the Deerat area of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, and detained several members of the family.
In the central West Bank, Israeli forces abducted two residents of the town of Sinjil north of Ramallah.
Local sources identified them as Mundhir Tawafsha and Ezz Khalil, taken after soldiers broke into and searched their homes.
Later in the day, troops invaded the towns of Turmus Ayya and Birzeit, as well as the village of Burham north of Ramallah, deploying military vehicles throughout the area. Soldiers also invaded the town of Al‑Mazra’a al‑Gharbiya northwest of Ramallah, though no abductions were reported.
In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces invaded the town of Al‑‘Isawiya north of the city and abducted Ahmad Sha’ban Obeid after breaking into and searching his home.
