Israeli occupation forces killed three Palestinians on Saturday, including two who succumbed to wounds sustained in earlier attacks, and wounded at least nine others, including children, as invasions, shelling, and gunfire continued across the destroyed and besieged Gaza Strip.
The assaults targeted civilian neighborhoods, displacement camps, and areas previously designated as “safe,” amid ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement and renewed warnings from UN agencies about the worsening humanitarian collapse.
Medical sources confirmed that Mohannad Jamal Ghayadh was shot and killed east of Deir al Balah in central Gaza. Several Palestinians, including children, were injured in separate Israeli attacks across the Strip.
Artillery bombarded areas east of the Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City, while Israeli drones opened fire toward the eastern parts of Tuffah and Shuja’iyya.

Ambulance crews transferred a critically wounded girl from the Red Cross Hospital in Rafah to Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis.
Four Palestinians, including two in critical condition, were shot when Israeli forces opened live fire toward tents sheltering displaced families in al Shakoush and al Iqlimi junction, south of al Mawasi in Khan Younis.
Occupation forces also carried out large‑scale demolitions south of the city and continued firing east of Salahuddin Street, near Wadi Gaza Bridge in central Gaza, while heavy gunfire was reported north of al Bureij refugee camp.
Several injuries were reported at the Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City following Israeli gunfire in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

Displaced civilians were also shot at a junction southwest of Khan Younis, while four‑year‑old Gheith Mohammad Dader was injured by Israeli machinery fire on Yafa Street in the Tuffah neighborhood.
Earlier in the day, three civilians, including a woman, were shot by Israeli forces near Hamad City north of Khan Younis.
Medical sources said the documented number of Palestinians injured by Israeli gunfire since morning rose to ten, including children, several of them in critical condition.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed the death of three Palestinians—one shot by Israeli forces and two who succumbed to previous wounds—and additional injuries over the past 48 hours.
Since the “ceasefire” took effect on October 10, 2025, the Health Ministry has documented 1,257 Palestinians killed and 4,131 injured, while rescue teams have recovered 806 bodies from beneath the rubble.
The cumulative toll since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza on October 7, 2023, has reached 73,384 killed and 174,242 injured.
Meanwhile, Israeli media, including Channel 12, reported that Israel’s security establishment is discussing limited withdrawals from parts of Gaza to allow the entry of a multinational force.

The proposed plan includes contingents from Morocco (around 500 soldiers) and Uganda, with smaller numbers from other countries. Israeli officials have expressed skepticism about the effectiveness of such a small deployment and its ability to replace Israeli troops in occupied areas.

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) stated that Israeli bombardment and ground operations continue to endanger civilians and obstruct humanitarian access, noting repeated delays and denials of aid convoys attempting to reach northern and central Gaza.

The UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) warned that hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians remain without adequate shelter, food, or medical care, describing Gaza’s health system as “functionally collapsed,” with hospitals operating far beyond capacity and lacking essential supplies.
A UN spokesperson reiterated that continued Israeli attacks “constitute violations of commitments made under the ceasefire framework,” calling for full respect of the agreement and unhindered humanitarian access.
