Israeli forces carried out extensive pre‑dawn invasions across the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, breaking into homes, abducting residents and demolishing houses and residential buildings. Illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers also invaded Palestinian communities, conducted provocative tours, and released livestock into agricultural areas.
The invasions targeted Hebron and Bethlehem in the southern West Bank; Ramallah in the central West Bank; Nablus and Jenin in the northern West Bank; Tubas in the northeastern West Bank; and Qalqilia and Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank.
In Hebron, soldiers invaded the Wadi Ar‑Rakhim area south of Yatta and broke into the home of Salah and Mohammad Ibrahim Shanaran. They assaulted and abducted both brothers.
Troops also invaded Surif in northern Hebron, breaking into a home and searching it. In ath‑Thaheriya in southern Hebron, soldiers broke into another home and searched the property.
Israeli forces then invaded the Al‑Arroub refugee camp north of Hebron, while illegal colonizers invaded Khirbet Al‑Kharaba east of As‑Samu’, conducted provocative tours, and released their livestock among Palestinian olive trees.
In Bethlehem, soldiers invaded the At‑Tarabea neighborhood in Beit Fajjar south of Bethlehem, firing illumination rounds over the town.
The army also demolished a residential building in Jouret Ash‑Sham’a south of Bethlehem. It later demolished a three‑story home belonging to Mahmoud Suleiman Zawahra in Al‑Ma’sara, also south of the city. Each floor measures about 200 square meters.
In occupied Jerusalem, the army demolished the home of Mohammad Mahmoud Roweidi in the Be’er Ayyoub neighborhood of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
In July, Israeli forces demolished 165 structures during 80 invasions and attacks. The structures included 80 inhabited homes, eight vacant homes, 63 agricultural structures, and 11 businesses and shops.
Most of the demolitions were concentrated in Qalqilia, where 34 structures were demolished, followed by 26 in Hebron, 22 in Ramallah, and 16 in Bethlehem.
In Tubas, Israeli forces invaded Tammun south of the city, breaking into and searching several homes. Troops also invaded Tayasir east of Tubas, conducting additional home invasions as part of a wider campaign across the governorate.
In Ramallah, soldiers invaded Turmus Ayya north of the city, broke into numerous homes, and carried out extensive searches.
Troops also invaded Beitunia west of Ramallah, where they abducted journalist Mohammad Awad after breaking into his home.
In Al‑Bireh, an undercover Israeli unit infiltrated the Umm Al‑Sharayet neighborhood and abducted Diyaa Zubeidi, prompting the army to send reinforcements into the area.
In Nablus, soldiers invaded the eastern part of the city from the Huwwara military roadblock, breaking into several neighborhoods.
Troops also invaded Kafr Qalil south of Nablus, where they abducted Yasser Marjan after breaking into his home.
Soldiers then invaded the Jabal Ajram area near Zawata west of Nablus, breaking into and searching the headquarters of the “Future Generation Hands” association.
Many military vehicles also invaded the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, closing several streets as soldiers deployed across multiple areas, including the Schools Street neighborhood.
In addition, a group of colonizers also placed rocks, blockading a main street in the town of Qusra, southeast of Nablus.
In Jenin, Israeli forces carried out multiple simultaneous invasions. Troops invaded Arabuna northeast of Jenin, Kafr Ra’i south of Jenin, Silat ath‑Thaher south of Jenin, Barta’a southwest of Jenin, Deir Ghazala east of Jenin, Al‑Yamun west of Jenin, and Silat Al‑Harithiya west of Jenin.
During the invasion of Silat ath‑Thaher, soldiers conducted extensive home invasions and abducted several residents. In Barta’a, troops abducted multiple Palestinian laborers.
The army also abducted Mohammad Ziyoud from his home in Silat Al‑Harithiya and Noureddin Freihat from his home in Al‑Yamun. In a separate invasion of the Kharrouba neighborhood north of Jenin, soldiers abducted another resident.
Israeli forces continued invading Arraba south of Jenin and Silat ath‑Thaher for hours. Footage documented the operation in Arraba.
The army also began large‑scale demolition work at the entrance of Khirbet Aaba east of Jenin.
In Qalqilia, soldiers invaded Sanniriya south of Qalqilia as part of the night‑long military campaign which included homes invasions and violent searches.
In Tulkarem, Israeli forces invaded Baqa Al‑Sharqiya and the Shweika neighborhood, both north of the city. At dawn, troops abducted Murad Emad Sheikh Yousef after breaking into his home in Shweika.
These are among the documented and verified invasions and violations carried out across the occupied West Bank at dawn on Wednesday.
Because of the ongoing nature of the invasions, additional incidents may have gone unreported or could not be immediately verified amid the sustained presence of Israeli military forces and illegal paramilitary colonizers across Palestinian towns, villages, and refugee camps.
