For the 328th consecutive day, Israeli forces continued violating the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, killing two Palestinians, including a child, while a woman succumbed to serious wounds sustained a day earlier.
Medical sources said an Israeli airstrike killed 16-year-old Ahmad Ismael in the Al-Hoja area of the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
The sources added that Israeli soldiers fatally shot Hazem Hatem Marshoud, a Palestinian from the Shuja’iyya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City, at the Halawa displacement camp east of Jabalia.
Israeli forces also fired artillery and tank shells, along with barrages of live ammunition, at areas east and west of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza.
In related news, medical sources said that 51-year-old Amna Al-Hissi succumbed on Wednesday to serious wounds sustained a day earlier. She was the mother of Israa Al-Hissy, who was killed in the same bombing.
The killings occurred as Israel’s blockade continued to restrict the entry of food, fuel, medicine, and other essential supplies.
United Nations agencies have reported that crossing closures and cargo restrictions have reduced aid deliveries, while shortages of critical materials have disrupted health care, water, sanitation, and other life-saving services across Gaza.

Israeli Forces Continue Ceasefire Violations Amid Ongoing Siege

For the 328th consecutive day, Israeli forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday while maintaining and tightening the blockade on the coastal enclave, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis facing hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.
The latest violations included artillery shelling, live ammunition, naval fire, helicopter attacks, and the destruction of civilian property across several areas of Gaza.
In the southern Gaza Strip, Israeli artillery shelled Islamic Complex Street in eastern Khan Younis. In central Gaza, the army targeted the Abu Al-‘Ajin area southeast of Deir Al-Balah. The attacks coincided with intermittent fire from Israeli military helicopters.

Eight others were also wounded in Tuesday’s attack in the Al-Katiba area of western Gaza City, where families had gathered to collect water.

In Gaza City, Israeli naval vessels opened fire toward the shoreline, while military helicopters targeted areas east of the At-Tuffah neighborhood.
Heavy artillery also struck the vicinity of the Sanfour junction and other eastern districts as Israeli military vehicles fired live rounds into surrounding areas.

In northern Gaza, Israeli tanks and artillery launched intensive attacks on areas east of Beit Lahia. Additional artillery bombardment and helicopter fire were reported southeast of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces detonated residential buildings north of the Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. The demolitions were accompanied by artillery shelling and helicopter attacks, while tanks positioned northeast of the refugee camp fired heavy machine guns toward nearby areas.

The continued attacks come despite U.S. President Donald Trump’s July 31, 2026, announcement that an agreement had been reached on the second phase of the Gaza “roadmap.” Israeli forces have continued daily violations of the ceasefire.
Despite “ceasefire” announcements and international mediation efforts, Palestinians across the Gaza Strip continue to face military attacks, widespread destruction, mass displacement, and severe shortages of food, water, medicine, and other essential supplies under the ongoing Israeli blockade.
On Tuesday alone, seven Palestinians, including two children and a woman, were killed and several others wounded in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip. Israeli military vehicles also carried out incursions and other operations that Palestinian sources described as ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health’s September 1, 2026, report, 1,326 Palestinians have been killed and 4,398 wounded since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, while 815 bodies have been recovered
It added that the cumulative death toll since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,462 Palestinians, while the number of wounded has reached 174,509. The figures remain the ministry’s latest available totals.
The ministry added that additional victims remain beneath the rubble and in the streets because ambulance and Civil Defense crews are still unable to reach them.
