For the 332nd consecutive day, Israeli forces continued violating the Gaza “ceasefire”, carrying out gunfire, artillery shelling, airstrikes, and demolitions across the besieged enclave.
The violations also included attacks on shelters and tents housing displaced Palestinians in the devastated coastal enclave.
In Gaza City, Israeli military vehicles repeatedly opened heavy fire on eastern areas. Artillery struck the vicinity of the Sanafur junction in the Tuffah neighborhood, while at least one Israeli airstrike targeted eastern Gaza City.
Israeli warplanes destroyed the As-Sakhra commercial complex on Salahuddin Street in the Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City.
Artillery also shelled Shuja’iyya, where an Israeli quadcopter opened fire inside the neighborhood.
In central Gaza, Israeli tanks opened heavy fire toward Abu al-Ajin, southeast of Deir al-Balah. In the south, tanks fired heavily toward areas north of Rafah.

On Sunday, residents of Gaza held a mass funeral for 100 Palestinians, including about 70 children, whose bodies and remains were recovered from beneath the rubble of homes destroyed in Israeli attacks in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
A Palestinian woman also died Saturday from wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli attack in central Gaza.
The attacks are part of continuing violations of the “ceasefire” that took effect on October 10, 2025, following Arab and US mediation in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
Israeli forces have since continued their attacks and tightened the siege, worsening the destruction and suffering endured by civilians and displaced families. Palestinians have described these actions as an extension of the genocide in Gaza.
On Sunday, Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir pledged to continue promoting the displacement of Gaza’s population, amid escalating Israeli violations of Islamic holy sites in occupied Jerusalem, particularly Al-Aqsa Mosque, during August.

In a post on the X platform, Ben-Gvir said he would not back down from what he called the “Disengagement 710” plan, which he claimed is intended to facilitate the “voluntary emigration” of all Gaza residents.
The violations have continued despite a July 31, 2026, announcement by US President Donald Trump of what he described as a new agreement intended to begin the second phase of the Gaza roadmap. Israeli military operations have nevertheless persisted on the ground.
Since the “ceasefire” took effect on October 11, Israeli attacks have killed 1,344 Palestinians and injured 4,481, while rescue crews have recovered 826 bodies, the Health Ministry said.
It added that since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed 73,651 Palestinians and injured 174,592 others. Many victims remain beneath the rubble and in the streets, beyond the reach of ambulance and civil defense crews.
