Five Palestinians, including a woman and a child, were killed on Monday by Israeli gunfire and strikes across the devastated and besieged Gaza Strip, while Civil Defense crews recovered the body of another Palestinian killed in an earlier attack. The attacks targeted Gaza City, central Gaza, Khan Younis and the al-Mawasi area near Rafah, medical and local sources reported.
Medical sources said Fida Khader Totah, 31, died from wounds sustained when Israeli forces shot her on Salahuddin Street, east of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
Another woman was killed when Israeli forces opened fire east of the Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City.
In northern Gaza, Mohsen Ahmad Mustafa Bahja died from wounds sustained when an Israeli quadcopter drone opened fire on him, medical sources said.
Israeli forces also shot Ismail al-Bardawil, a child, in the chest, killing him in the al-Mawasi area near Rafah, in southern Gaza.
An Israeli drone strike also killed Mousa Abu Marouf near the Sikka area in central Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.

Later in the evening, Palestinian Civil Defense crews recovered the body of Fuad Abu Qamar, who was killed in an earlier Israeli strike on Jabalia, in northern Gaza.
In Gaza City, three Palestinians were wounded when Israeli naval forces opened fire toward the Shati refugee camp, west of the city.
Several Palestinians were also wounded in an Israeli airstrike on a home in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, while two others were wounded when Israeli forces shelled a home in the Tuffah neighborhood, east of the city.
In Khan Younis, Israeli military vehicles opened fire in and around Hamad City, north of the city, wounding three Palestinians. Two others were wounded when Israeli artillery struck tents sheltering displaced families in the al-Akhras area of the Amal neighborhood, west of Khan Younis.
In central Gaza, a woman and a child were wounded when Israeli military vehicles opened fire on tents sheltering displaced families along Salahuddin Street, between the Bureij and Maghazi refugee camps.

Two Palestinians were also wounded in a fire after an Israeli artillery shell struck a home belonging to the Abu ar-Rous family in Block 12, east of the Bureij refugee camp.
The Israeli army continued artillery shelling and opened fire from tanks and military vehicles in eastern and southern Gaza. Israeli warplanes bombarded residential buildings northeast of the Bureij refugee camp, while Israeli forces detonated residential buildings in the same area and south of Khan Younis.

Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire northwest of Gaza City, while artillery struck northern parts of the city and drones flew overhead. Israeli naval vessels also opened fire off the coast of Khan Younis.
In northern Gaza, Israeli bulldozers invaded the al-Atatra area, northwest of Beit Lahia. In southern Gaza, Israeli tanks opened heavy fire toward tents sheltering displaced families in the Fash Farsh area of al-Mawasi, near Khan Younis, while Israeli drones flew at low altitude overhead.

The attacks came amid severe humanitarian conditions and continued Israeli fire targeting civilian areas, homes and tents sheltering displaced Palestinians across the Gaza Strip.
On Monday, the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said Israel has now killed 1,394 Palestinians, and injured 4,839, and added that 834 slain Palestinians were located under rubble since the “ceasefire” in October 11, 2025.
The Health Ministry added that since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed 73,914 Palestinians and wounded 174,952 others.
