Palestinian medical sources have reported that three young Palestinian men were shot and injured, on Friday at dawn, by Israeli army fire, after dozens of soldiers invaded the Balata refugee camp, east of the northern West Bank city of Nablus. The sources said resident Ahmad Hashash, 23, was shot by a live round in his right leg, resident Khader Abdo, 20, was shot by a live round in his right arm, while Mohammad Dweikat, 20, was shot by a rubber-coated metal bullet in his left eye.
They were all moved to the Rafidia Hospital suffering moderate injuries, the sources stated.
Army also invaded Nablus city and several nearby villages, including Salem, Aqraba, and Qabalan.
The soldiers broke into and ransacked dozens of homes in the city and the nearby communities, and also broke into the home of Hamas legislator Ahmad al-Haj Ali, in the al-Ein refugee camp.
His home was invaded and searched three times since Israel started its offensive, following the disappearance of three Israeli settlers two weeks ago.
