Tuesday at dawn, Israeli soldiers, supported by 35 military vehicles and jeeps, invaded Bethlehem and several surrounding areas, and arrested three residents.

A local source in Bethlehem reported that soldiers invaded Bethlehem from Beit Jala, the northern entrance of al-Khader village, and the eastern entrance of al-Obiyyat area, near Beit Sahour.

The source stated that soldiers conducted military searches in the center of Bethlehem and surrounded several neighborhoods especially al-Saf, Wad Ma’ali, wad Shahin and Jamal Abdul-Nasser street in the city.

Among the searched homes, the following names were reported; Saleem, Isam, and Mohammad al-Sha’er, Mohammad Hirmas, and Khader al-Adel.

The WAFA news agency reported that soldiers arrested Ahmad Mohammad al-Adel, Mohammad Hussein Hirmas, and Mohammad Jamal As’ad.

Also, soldiers fired rounds of live ammunition and sound bombs causing damage to several buildings, no injuries.
