The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of Fatah claimed responsibility for detonating an explosive charge near a military jeep near Aida refugee camp in Bethlehem.
The Israeli army confirmed the explosion but reported no injuries.
In a separate incident the brigades said that it fired at a military patrol in the village of Tal, near Nablus, no injuries were reported.
A spokesperson of the brigades said that the two attacks were conducted in retaliation of the death of three children, who were killed by military fire in Rafah, on Saturday evening.
