Palestinian sources reportedly said the Palestinian Security apparatus on Thursday, discovered a hi-tech spying device in the ‘Saraya’ building, the headquarters of the Military Intelligence in Gaza Strip.

The source said, the device, which contains a number of cameras, and very small microphones, spread all over the building, was planted since 1994 as the Israeli army was preparing to redeploy Gaza Strip after Oslo agreement.

The device is Israeli-made, and has been functioning until discovered, and it used a renewable energy suppliers to keep the device’s batteries fully charged.

‘Signs and text found on the cables of the device prove that the whole system belongs to the Israeli army’ Said the PA in a media release on Thursday.

The PA took the ‘Saraya’ building over form the Israeli army who were using it as their military headquarters until they redeployed after Oslo agreement.
