Hundreds of Dunams bulldozed in the Negev

The “Israel’s Lands Department” bulldozed on Sunday, hundreds of agricultural Dunams in Sa’wa area, in the Negev.

Department employees, supported by the Israeli Police and borders guard units, surrounded the area and bulldozed the lands without presenting any military order to the owners.

 

The Department claimed that the lands are considered “public properties”.

Arab MK, Talab Al-Sane’, arrived at the area and said that soldiers failed to present any legal documents authorizing them of bulldozing the fields.

Also, soldiers arrested Hussein Al-Rafay’ah, head of the regional council of the unrecognized villages, after he arrived to the seen and attempted to stop the uprooting of the fields.
