Sunday morning, Israeli soldiers started to detonate military posts in Naveh Dikalim, and Gani Tal settlements, west of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Huge sounds of explosions were heard, and smoke clouds were clearly noticed in the settlement, a local source in Khan Younis reported.

The source added that military helicopters were also noticed hovering over the settlement and Khan Younis.

Also, Palestinian laborers working in Naveh Dikalim settlement said that they saw military engineers evacuating and dismantling some military posts and monitoring towers in the settlement.

The engineers also placed military equipment in vehicles and drove away.

Recently, settlers dismantled agricultural barracks, and started informed several workers that they aren’t needed anymore, since the settlement will be evacuated.
