Disengagement Ministerial Committee today announced that Gush Katif cemetery temporarily will be transferred to Nitzan.

According to Jerusalem Post, the decision is due to a request by most of the Jewish settlers to have their family graves removed from Gush Katif. After being moved fron Gush Katif, the graves is intended to be relocated near the new homes of respective settler families, but to where is still unknown.
