Palestinians confirmed that the Israeli soldiers assigned to the Zatara checkpoint closed the checkpoint and forced people to go back.
Zatara Checkpoint lies in the middle of the West Bank and connects the cities of Ramallah and Al Ram to the south with the cities of Nablus, Tulkarem and Qalqilia.
Palestinian residents from Salfit village reported that this is not the first time the army has closed the checkpoint in the last few days.
