Israeli soldiers arrested installed a military checkpoint, near the West Bank city of Qalqilia, and arrested one resident.
A local source in Qalqilia reported that soldiers stopped dozens of vehicles, and residents, conducted military searches and arrested Ibrahim Mahmoud Salma, 24.
Salma is a student of al-Quds Open University.
Earlier on Thursday, soldiers uprooted dozens of Olive trees, north of Qaddoum village, near Qalqilia, in order to pave a new road which leads to Qadumim settlement.
