Israeli soldiers installed on Monday at noon a military roadblock east of Tammoun village, north of the West Bank.
A local source in Tammoun reported that soldiers parked their jeep in the middle of the street, and barred the vehicles from crossing.
Also, soldiers barred water containers from reaching farmlands in the area, and forced them back.
