Four Israeli army jeeps positioned itself on and sealed off the entrance Iktaba village east of the West Bank city Tulkarem on Monday afternoon.

Soldiers held cars enterring the village and checked the identification cards of the passengers and delayed them for 2 hours before allowing them to go.

Local sources reported that a long line of cars and pedstrians were at the checkpoint waiting for the sodliers to allow them to pass.
