israeli army sealed of the southern entrance of Beit Sahour town near the West Bank city of Bethlehem on Wednesday morning.

Troops and army jeeps sealed the entrance of the city, stopped dozens of vehicles and checked the identity cards of the residents.

The residents were delayed for three hours which made dozens of school students and employees unable to arrive in time.

Recently, the army escalated its procedures and installed several sudden checkpoints around Bethlehem and the surrounding town and villages.
