Israeli soldiers stationed at Arrab-Jenin checkpoint, near the West Bank city of Jenin, arrested on Wednesday morning, resident Wael Asrawi from Allar village.
Wael was attempting to cross through the checkpoint when the soldiers stopped and arrested him, eye witness reported.
